South Tawton Church House lies in the village of South Tawton, Devon, just inside the northern edge of the Dartmoor National Park. Now fully restored, this granite and thatch Grade II listed building dates from the 15th century. Visit the South Tawton Church House website for further details.



The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) funds the entire spread of heritage – including buildings, museums, natural heritage and the heritage of cultural traditions and language. Poundstock Gildhouse is very grateful to have recieved a grant from HLF to cover 90% of the anticipated cost of the restoration project.
