22 Motorsport's HQ in Banbury is the home of the team, where the cars are prepared and plans are made.
Location was our number one priority, with proximity to Prodrive and a central UK base being of equal importance. Banbury fitted the bill on both counts, but there were no units available to our high standards.
So, of course, we had one built! Starting at blueprint level, our engineers, technicians and management put forward their ideas for the perfect scenario to do their job. Only the heated workshop floor did not make the final cut!
We have our own technical preparation areas, workshops, parts store, board room, indoor vehicle wash down, laser alignment pit; the list goes on.
Keeping as much as possible in house allows 22 Motorsport to minimise the 'maybe' factor from our preparation, and guarantees the cars are at 101 percent when they leave for a rally at any level.
